Our walking goals are scientifically designed to promote health and wellness. Reaching a high daily step count is important, but there's more to maximizing the health benefits of walking: Motion's "FIT" goals are a prescription to move with Frequency, Intensity, and Tenacity every day.
Did you know that even a 1-hour workout may not be enough to reduce health risk factors if the majority of your day is spent sitting? We lose two hours of life for every hour we sit, Dr. James Levine, a professor of medicine at the Mayo Clinic writes in his book "Get up!" Let Motion incent you to get up frequently for brief walks every day.

Motion gives you the tools to make your step count. First, link (or pair) your activity tracker to your Motion account, and then just:

  1. Wear your activity tracker every day.
  2. Walk to reach your goals and sync with app.
  3. Watch your progress - and collection of FIT earnings - on your Motion dashboards.

Each of your FIT goals and its dollar value is clearly defined for you. Once you're all set up, more specific goal information is accessible from any Motion dashboard; just select "FIT Goals Overview." You can earn for every goal achieved; it's not all or nothing. Each Motion member has the opportunity to earn annual financial rewards.
